An industrial vacuum suitable for collecting large quantities of powder, even very fine powder, it is equipped with a filtering chamber of huge dimensions thus giving a large surface area to aid filtration. Various kits are available making this a modular system.

The vacuum is made up of four basic parts: chassis, filter chamber, waste bin, and motor housing. The side channel suction unit, is fitted at the base of the chassis, to aid stability. Its impeller is directly driven, thus avoiding any transmission and maintenance. The special diffuser decreases the speed of the exhaust air to less than 1m/s, in compliance with European regulations EN 60335 2 69. The machine is fitted with an external manual filter shaker, located on the side of the machine, it is easy to use and ergonomic. The filter surface is obtained by means of a polyester star filter with a surface of 3,5 m². In toxic powder environments, a further ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filter can be fitted, assuring a filtration with a 99,9995% efficiency @ 0,18 µm, tested by the MPPS method (Most Penetrating Particle Size), according to EN 1822 regulations, located after the suction unit. Dirt is recovered inside an 80 l painted steel bin, which has castors, and is easy to remove thanks to a handy release system. The machine frame is made of heavy duty tubular and plate steel, painted with epoxy powders to ensure robustness and is provided with a tool basket and cable holder The tangential inlet allows a better cyclonic effect in presence of fine dusts.
